The agreement between you and MakaanLoan when you use this website and our advisory services.
1. Nature of service
MakaanLoan is a loan sourcing and advisory platform. We are not a bank, NBFC, or housing finance company, and we do not lend money or make credit decisions. All loans are sanctioned by regulated lending institutions under their own terms.
2. Your obligations
You agree to provide accurate, complete information about your identity, income, obligations, and property. Submitting false or forged documents is a criminal offence and grounds for immediate termination of our services.
3. No guarantee of sanction
Indicative eligibility results, EMI figures, and rate comparisons on this site are estimates. Final approval, rate, and terms rest solely with the lender. We make no warranty that any application will be sanctioned.
4. Fees
Our advisory services are free to borrowers. We are compensated by lenders through sourcing commissions. Any fees you pay (processing, valuation, stamp duty, legal) are charged by and payable to the lender or its vendors — never to us.
